I am begging to think that since all his ill gotten gains were not reported, or even under reported to the IRS, (read tax fraud as another crime to be charged), that he got a lot more than just 10% which, is only the tip of the iceberg showing, and a lot more got salted away in numbered accounts not under US scrutiny.

There is immense influence in âsoft powerâ and access that programs like USAID provide. And of course there is a lot of pork in USAID spending, just like there is a lot of pork in domestic spending, why would USAID be any different? (there is always that one guy that needs to get paid in order to get something done). I do see the point in better coordinating efforts among the various agencies that support other countries, but I thought USAID was more about humanitarian aid, while the state department was more about nation building, military goals, economies, etc. Unfortunately, I think this whole USAID thing is just for show to grab headlines and distract everyone from the likes of Tulsi Gabbard (WTF?), but also a testing ground to see what the reaction would be before the Dogebags try it on a larger agency. USAID in itself make no meaningful difference to the deficit.
On a simialr note, I hope you saw the Pope give Vance a smackdown for trying to use the bible to justify closing USAID.
