My buddy used to summarize this by saying “Those that can NOT dazzle you with their brilliance will try to baffle you with their bullshit.

I’d have to say 10,000 additional troops on each border for zero cost was a pretty good deal, but I’m biased toward America first.

As long as they are not involved with the cartels

If they start shooting, I still like our odds.

I’d say he got off pretty lightly. He’s on Trump time though, hope he knows time is of the essence.

I’ve always felt Trump was the real deal but heads are exploding and he’s blowing my mind

Japan invaded Manchuria in 1931. The Smoot Hawley tariffs that wrecked the economy in the name of protectionism was enacted in 1930. I doubt the two are related.

You make the broad assumption that everyone sees price increases as a bad thing. Me personally and many people I know will/have paid more for locally produces everything for a long time and are damn glad to do it.

In general, people will pay more to get more. As I’ve said before, a lesser item at a lower cost isn’t a deal.

In my heart I think that is is true for taxes. People aren’t upset about paying taxes. They’re upset about paying and getting very little of value.

I don’t care about special projects. Locals should care for their own. I do care about medical care, infrastructure, education, safely (local and national), veterans, and only a few other big things. Government can/used to do these things very well. Now it is almost no output and tons of admin…like the school system.

This isn’t rocket science, and we’re on our way to expose it and hopefully fix it…and equally as important, put it on a system of maintenance to sunset crap no longer needed, refine what is done to be cheap/better/faster, and implement new things efficiently and effectively.

There is a ton of money available for this work. We’re just wasting it on doing dumb crap…or lt least paying for dumb crap.
