He did, but he and his wife were dancing on stage at midnight.
I’m sure he had his covid passport card (non-mutated strain) on his posession at all times.
How romantic! I wish I could afford to reserve the entire Times Square for me and my wife.
Rules are for the peasants… not the party apparatchiks… and politburo…
I’m afraid it’s gonna be that way for along time to come.
I never understood why folks showed up in Times Square even before the plandemic…

Even with heightened security on NYE, I’ve always felt that with the crowds and event being televised, it would be a very high profile target.
That said, NYC has been going downhill for awhile and it hasn’t been on my list of places that I want to go even on normal days.
I haven’t either. But they should have been able to choose to go…or not for themselves. Chuckles the clown di blasio should be leading by example.
But he is! Showing the lords, excuse me, mayors, of other cities how far you can go with sheeple.
Can’t argue about who he may be “leading”. But I must point out he was elected to represent the best interests of the citizens of New York city. In my opinion, he has failed to fulfill his obligations.
