Back before Quack Quack 1.0 was elected the first time around and he was still your average American who believed in you and believed in America and Freedom, Judge Napolitano was one of his first picks for the Supreme Court.
Then Quack Quack 1.0 became president elect and was handed that list of things you will never do as President of the United States if you want to keep living.
One of the things you don’t do is appoint freedom loving, America loving appointees to the Supremes. You appoint only the establishment creatures the Deep State approves of. This is why Judge Napolitano, among others Quack Quack wanted to have a seat, are not on the bench.
Now that Quack Quack Donald the Duck Drumpf has been disabused of these notions of Freedom and making America great again, he’ll keep running his mouth on that score anyway and assuring you he’s reestablishing the establishment… even though he’s only Making America’s Enemies Greater Again.
