Not a smart thing to do, he is very lucky to be alive, I know because that’s my home town and most cops there love to shoot first and ask questions later, plus it’s last paperwork a few told me. ---

I agree that this could’ve been worse. Most police officers may have gunned him down and would’ve been justified. The fact that he had no criminal record doesn’t mean squat. I can’t believe the judge let him walk on $1000 bond. ---
