Killing is not a crime. Just to be clear he murdered Brian Thompson. The Bible or the law does not say thou shall not kill. It says now shall not murder. That is the difference between anti being responsibly, armed and pro being responsibly armed. If Brian Thompson was a murderer, he would have killed him. He may not have been a moral person, but murdering him was an escalation of criminal violence. Have a happy holidays.

Thank you. When it is done to save lives, it is called killing. When is done to kill innocent people it is called murder. Jesus died so we could live and have eternal life, that is called saving lives. Revelation, I don’t know how to explain.

They have the right t be equal. Whether they exercise their right is up to them. How we treat them is up to us.

They are gonna screw around and the guys gonna skate on a technicality, saying they are gonna charge him with three murders, I’m no ambulance chasing lawyer but I just don’t know how they can do that. They said he killed the dude , said he planned it and tried to start a war on terror= three counts of murder and killed only one person. Man those are sum crazy NY City laws huh? I hope he stretches the hemp from a tall sycamore . I’ll never get what makes some people just flip like that? Different aspects of the same murder fragmented out, attempted murder, criminal homicide (the a successful capital murder in the first degree), and (the conspiracy (plotting to commit that murder).
So, that if convicted on all three counts, then sentenced consecutively one term after the other, three times say for fifty to seventy-five years each adds up to 150-to-225–years total = Life without the possibility of parole.
If changed federally for traveling interstate to commit the murder, and then interstate as a fugitive in flight from justice, maybe it gets him the death penalty?
Executed in a federal Super Maximum Security facility, sooner than later to (DSaF) do society a favor, and save the taxpayers the expense of warehousing him for decades.
