I don’t go through any metal detectors, like going to court in Wa.State,i told them to wand me since I have a pace maker with a Defibular in it,so I walk around it and get the wand search just don’t want it jerked out of my chest! I have never been denied the walk around wand

I have to do the same. Multiple crushed vertebrae and I could not even begin to describe how many surgeries on my back I have had, since my injury in 2005. I have an implant in my back. I always carry my information with me, about not being able to go through.

Sucks, because sometimes the “Security” get pissed. Fortunately, there is usually a law enforcement officer around at the type of things I go to.
