The arrest of the kid that allegedly posted secret/top secret stuff on the web. Tactical vehicle and armored tactical troops with rifles from the FBI at the kids house. Certainly looks like over kill since, in fact, the kid was sitting on his porch in shorts and a tee shirt waiting for the feds to show up. What’s being shown here but not said in words is, this kid is rumored to be a “gun enthusiast”, has guns, likes to shoot guns. So the feds show up like an army to make the point. We know you legally have guns BUT you can’t be trusted. We’ll overwhelm you even if there is no evidence that you are going to resist just to make the point “We, the federal police, are afraid of you, legal gun owners.”
Something occurred to me this morning. All of this force, all of this equipment, all of the gathered intelligence, all of the media exposure. All of it came AFTER the Crime was committed. Not a single part of what we are seeing had any effect on stopping the commission of the crime.
They are definitely making a big show of doing something. Probably to cover up for the fact that it was their incompetent security procedures that allowed this to happen in the first place. it’s likely also meant to send a message to “gun enthusiasts” of what to expect if they don’t voluntarily comply with unconstitutional mandates.
Politicians are great at puffing up their feathers and passing a bunch of ineffective laws after a problem occurs. They are pretty much useless at actually solving problems or especially keeping them from happening in the first place.
In regards to the picture you posted of the armored vehicle sent to pick up the suspect who they knew was waiting there to peacefully surrender. It is pure security theater. Look at the couple of officers with their hands in their pockets because they know there is no threat. The scary thing is the couple other officers so gung-ho to play their part in the charade that they have their weapons up at the ready.
Yes, he is a traitor & should spend his life in prison. He was actually just reading on the patio. They were watching him via drone. A few agents could have walked up & taken into custody without incident. That was just top level FBI making the biggest production possible to further their careers. A political dog & pony show
