This is the list of banned items from a site I visited. To me they are saying a heavy equipment operator or control room operator with a gun is more dangerous to life and limb than a drunk or high operator. OR Are they passively sending a message of what their position is on guns?

The “NO SMOKING” portion of that probably means Marlboros and vaping. I’m sure a doobie is perfectly fine because that is “medicine” now.
