During an interview with Carlson, Trump mentioned that he once asked Ted Kennedy - TED KENNEDY - who he thought were the dumbest senators he had to work with. Without a hitch, Kennedy named Biden at the top of his list.

But, but, but, that was when he was a senator. He obviously gained at least 50 points to get to 70, as president.
