âOn Thursday, far left New York State Attorney General Letitia James was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia. The charges for bank fraud and making false statements were filed by Trump Prosecutor Lindsey Halligan.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Halliganâs indictment Thursday of New York Attorney General Letitia James came faster than even some of her allies were expecting.
Halligan allegedly presented the case without informing Attorney General Pam Bondi or Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, people familiar with the matter said.
Obviously, Halligan is not wasting time like others in holding the deep state accountable.
The WSJ continued, saying Halligan âwanted to just get it done.â
Halligan is also likely to bring additional charges against James.
This is the same information that Joel Gilbert reported this week in his interviews with Steve Bannon and Greg Kelly on Newsmax.
Gilbert broke story after story on Letitia James and her mortgage fraud, bank fraud, and other alleged crimes.
Apparently, the DC elites are panicked. The indictments may just be starting.

Federal prosecutors are pursuing several other investigations on deep state operatives and crooked Democrat officials.
The list includes investigations into a sitting U.S. senator, Adam Schiff, former top leaders of the FBI (Chris Wray) and CIA (John Brennan) and Georgia prosecutor Fani Willis who charged Trump in a massive 2020 election conspiracy case hoping to send him to prison until his death.

When it comes to making movies about the real lives of military veterans, Hollywood tends to struggle with authenticity. But the new movie, âSheepdog,â from Executive Producers Joe Newcomb (âDallas Buyers Clubâ) and Brint Ryan (Ryan Media), started with input from actual combat veterans and a list of the nationâs best military-veteran support organizations to accurately portray a veteranâs daily battle with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
âSheepdogâ writer and director Steven Grayhm (âMedal of Honorâ) plays decorated combat veteran Calvin Cole, who is court-ordered into the care of a VA trauma therapist in-training (Virginia Madsen, âSidewaysâ), who works the night shift at a local diner to pay for college. Things become even more complicated when Calvinâs father-in-law and retired Vietnam veteran (Vondie Curtis Hall, âHarrietâ), shows up on his doorstep, having just been released from prison.
As Calvinâs plan to run away from his life becomes impossible, he learns through the support of his community, tough love, and compassion that he must put himself back together again for his familyâand for himself. Itâs the first film that explores the physical and psychological repercussions of trauma, with a focus on Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG).
There is a lot in the movie that some veterans will be able to relate to, just judging by watching the trailer: mistrusting services from the VA, specially-appointed veteranâs treatment courts, and even Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Itâs not hard to see why.
Grayhm helped pioneer the 22 Push-Up Challenge to recognize the magnitude of the veteran suicide epidemic, and itâs safe to say that âSheepdogâ is his magnum opus. The years he spent producing the film were spent ensuring the characters and story were informed by a coalition of veteran-oriented corporate partners and non-profits, like Navy Federal Credit Union, Team RWB, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes, Carry the Load, 22Zero, and more.

âAnother California election and another corrupt result in the works.
California doesnât have elections. They have madness and those with oversite gaslight the entire sham. The state is codifying unconstitutional election activities and like communist takeovers throughout history, no one is stopping them.
BALLOT HARVESTING and MAIL-IN BALLOTS
Since California went to ballot harvesting the results have been devastating for the GOP in Orange County, California and across the state. Heritage reported in 2019:
Vote harvesting is the collection of absentee ballots from voters by a third party who then delivers them to election officials. The term âvote harvestingâ was essentially unknown to the general public until the North Carolina State Board of Elections overturned the results of the 2018 election for the Ninth Congressional District due to illegal vote harvesting, what the board called a âcoordinated, unlawful and substantially resourced absentee ballot scheme.â
It was also raised as a concern in California after the unexpected losses of Republican-held congressional seats, including in Orange County, a traditional Republican stronghold, where the registrar of voters said that individuals were âdropping off maybe 100 or 200 ballotsâ at a time.
Ballot harvesting is still in place and all registered voters receive a ballot for the election in the mail. The chain of custody surrounding ballots harvested in the state is not adequate or is non-existent. Who knows where the completed ballots come from?
VOTER IDENTIFICATION
Not only is it almost impossible to determine where a ballot came from, it is also impossible to determine who the ballot came from. Local governments in the state canât ask for IDâs from voters.
California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed legislation that prevents local governments from requiring voters to present identification at the polls, a law aimed at curbing conservative efforts in cities like Huntington Beach.
Californians literally have no idea who sent in the millions of ballots counted in the 2024 Election.
ELECTION OBSERVER VOTER SIGNATURE CHALLENGES DENIED
We can add to the above list this additional lack of transparency. Election observers were prevented from the reasonable ability to observe the 2024 Election. If they identified anything, they lacked the ability to do anything about it.
BLOATED VOTER ROLLS
Estimates are that up to one-fifth of the voters on Californiaâs voter rolls are non-citizens. Sampling from the Election in 2024 indicated this was the case.
WEEKS OF COUNTING
In the 2024 Election, counting went on for weeks. One of the worst scenarios was the loss by GOP Representative candidate Michelle Steel. She was ahead for at least 10 days after the election before her race was called for her Democrat opponent.

NOW ADD NON-CITIZENS COUNTING VOTES AND AN ADDITIONAL WEEK TO TURN IN BALLOTS
The California legislature has now codified this and allowed non-citizens to work in elections and count the votes.
CA State Rep Carl DeMaio âDemocrats just passed AB 930 to allow illegal immigrants to COUNT BALLOTS in our elections â This bill allows illegal immigrants to SERVE ON RECOUNT BOARDS and allow ballots to arrive 7 days after Election Dayâ
âAnd will require counting of ballots received SEVEN days after the electionâ
âI think most Californians would wonder how it can be a modern election if non citizens are serving on an election board overseeing the election â Thatâs not an insult, thatâs common senseâ
âMost 3rd world countries have something called an election day, not an election month. Weâre actually on track to having an election quarter here in California because our elections actually start 30 days prior to election day through mail in ballots. So a month out people can vote and then of course they are able to count ballots for 30 days after an election. Thatâs a 60 day period. What this bill does is it would allow ballots to be returned up to 7 days after election day.â

To top it all off, in the Congressional Redistricting election that has already started in California, there is a new problem that leads to even more election fraud.
California has already mailed out ballots for the special election on whether the state can change its congressional districts. What some voters have uncovered is that you can see how a person voted from outside of the ballot envelope. If you shine a light through a ballot envelope with a ballot in it you can see how the voter voted.
Per a review of the ballots and these ballot envelopes, you can see your vote through the white side of the envelope using an iPhone light. A potential solution is to make sure to fold your vote so the black mark is placed in the envelope so the black mark ends up at the top on the orange side of the envelope.
Who would have ever suspected that California would rig their election in this way?â

Pentagon moves $8 billion from research to pay troops
The Department of Defense is shifting $8 billion in previously allocated money to pay troops for the middle of the month as the government shutdown continues.
With the shutdown approaching two full weeks and Congress not looking to see any votes until Tuesday at the earliest, military service membersâ Oct. 15 paychecks are in jeopardy. President Donald Trump announced earlier today that he was directing the Department of Defense to use âall available fundsâ to pay military members on Oct. 15. His social media post did not specify how much would be used or where it would come from. Late Saturday afternoon the Pentagon confirmed the amount and the sourcing.
âThe President has directed the Secretary of War to use available funds to pay service members on October 15th. The Department of War has identified approximately $8 billion of unobligated research development testing and evaluation funds (RDTE) from the prior fiscal year that will be used to issue mid month paychecks to service members in the event the funding lapse continues past October 15th,â a Defense Department official told Task & Purpose in a statement, using the Trump administrationâs unofficial nickname for the department. âWe will provide more information as it becomes available.â
The government shutdown started Oct. 1. Military service members were paid for the start of the month, but as the shutdown has carried on, mid-month pay appeared in jeopardy. Charity groups and nonprofit organizations that help support military personnel and families have allocated millions to assist. Military.com reported that food pantries have already seen a rise in traffic from military families, with local news capturing footage of uniformed military members in line to get assistance.

Trump âlooking at all optionsâ amid threats to invoke Insurrection Act, Vance says
The White House is talking about invoking the Insurrection Act that would allow the deployment of military troops on US soil to quell domestic unrest amid legal challenges over the moves, JD Vance confirmed on Sunday.
Vance was asked on NBC Newsâs Meet the Press whether Donald Trump was seriously considering invoking the emergency power to deploy national guard forces and even the US military in domestic settings.
âThe presidentâs looking at all of his options,â he said, adding that âwe are talking about this because crime has gotten out of control in our citiesâ.
Trumpâs attempts to use federal national guard forces in Democratic-run cities has faced challenges in the courts, most notably in Chicago in recent days.
The vice-presidentâs ominous remarks came days after Trump referred to the Insurrection Act from the Oval Office, bluntly stating: âIf I had to enact it, I would do that.â Military forces are forbidden from engaging in law enforcement duties on home soil.
But under the Insurrection Act, which was signed in 1807, the president can deploy them domestically in cases of insurrection or rebellion, violence that is preventing the functioning of federal laws.

The power was used during the 1960s civil rights movement during clashes over desegregation of the south but since then has been very rarely activated. The last time a president called on it was in 1992 when the governor of California requested military aid from George HW Bush in response to civil unrest in Los Angeles.
In Sundayâs Meet the Press interview, Vance said Trump âhasnât felt he needed toâ invoke the Insurrection Act up to this point. But he confirmed that it was among the tactics being considered as the administration continues to be stymied in federal courts from deploying federalised national guard forces in Democratic-run cities**.**
Federal courts have blocked the White House from using troops in Oregon and Illinois. On Thursday a federal judge prohibited the deployment of federalized national guard personnel in Chicago, admonishing the administration that she had âseen no credible evidence that there is a danger of a rebellion in the state of Illinoisâ.
National guard troops have been sent into Illinois by the Trump administration from both Texas and California but under the temporary court order cannot be put out into the streets.
Vance told NBC News that options such as the Insurrection Act were being considered because âthere are places in Chicago where people are afraid to take their children ⌠for fear of gun violence, for fear of gang drive-by shootingsâ.
In a separate interview with This Week on ABC News, Vance said that Chicago had been given over to âlawlessness and gangsâ and had a murder rate âthat rivals the worst places in the third worldâ.
In fact, violent crime has been falling at unprecedented rates in Americaâs biggest cities including Chicago over the past two years. Chicago is not in the top four large US cities with the highest murder rates â all of whom are in states controlled by Republicans.
As Vance did the rounds of Sundayâs political talk shows, tension between the Trump administration and the Democratic states it is targeting exploded across TV screens. The vice-president was repeatedly asked by George Stephanopoulos on ABC News whether the Democratic governor of Illinois, JB Pritzker, had committed a crime that could see him being prosecuted by the Department of Justice as have several other of Trumpâs âpolitical enemiesâ.
Vance skirted the question until he was pressed into saying: âHe should suffer consequences. Whether he has violated a crime I would leave to the courts, but he has certainly violated his oath of office and that seems pretty criminal to me.â
Pritzker responded to the veiled threat by accusing Vance of coming out with a âtidal wave of liesâ. The governor told This Week that he was not intimidated by the prospect of prosecution as has befallen the former FBI director James Comey and the New York attorney general Letitia James, who have both been indicted in recent days.

Pritzker said: âI am not afraid. Do I think he could do it? He might. But as I have said before, come and get me. I mean, youâre dead wrong, Mr President and Mr Vice-President, and I will stand up for the law and the constitution.â
Raw emotions were widely on display across the TV studios as the federal government shutdown entered day 12. The Republican House speaker, Mike Johnson, told Fox News Sunday that the crisis had been orchestrated by Democratic leaders in Congress as a partisan move âso that they can prove to their Marxist base that they are willing to fight Trumpâ.
He said that after eight attempts to reopen the government had all failed in votes in the Senate, the shutdown was causing âreal pain for real people â and the Democrats donât seem to careâ.
On the same program, the House minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries, denied that the Democratic stance was partisan. âWe will sit down with anyone, any time, any place, go back to the White House, to have a bipartisan discussion about reopening the government,â he said.
The Democratsâ aim, Jeffries added, was to âimprove the quality of life of the American people and address the healthcare crisis that threatens tens of millions of people across the countryâ.
