This is the BEST of the bunch. The clamp and stone-holder is made from a tough, non-marring “engineering” resin/polymer. The clamp has two offset, 7-position - 17-to-44 degrees - vertical adjustment rods that slide in fixed sleeves, and use a tongue-and-groove action to lock them in. Since you only have to use ONE position for folders-to-machetes, Part 1 of their instruction sheet has a diagram for angles and a conversion-chart for blade widths. To set the stone-holder up, swing its guide-rod clockwise until it locks, snap on a stone, and secure it with the cam-lock provided. Their serrated sharpener is a tapered cone with a threaded guide-rod. Three color-coded stones come with it - coarse - fine - x-fine - and DMT offers extras from xx-coarse-to-ceramic-to-xx-fine.
