Yeah I know every president has used the Autopen at one time or another. But to use it 100% of the time on extremely serious matters is IMHO reckless and dangerous to the country. The article speaks of a Neera Tanden as the senior staffer who may have been in control of what was signed. Regardless, it is apparent that Joe was not in control or aware of what was going on in the WH and his bowels. I always figured it’d be Jill holding the old man’s hands and telling him what to do or Blinken whispering in his ear. A senior staffer however is frightening. Whose idea was this anyway? To think that a person such as this would literally have her finger on the button is insane.
