This kid is a career criminal. Justice has failed in this case. For his mother to say that the gun was not his is absurd. If you shoot anyone for no reason there is definitely something wrong with you. This kid shot a cop and had no remorse. At his age their is no excuse you should know right from wrong. If the gun was in his possession who else could it belong to. He is a menace to society and should be in prison for the rest of his life.

Had to look up Bryco Arms, never heard of that one.
So he shoots a cop, post a quarter of a million bail, get’s caught with another gun in New York City. Oh and his mother has this fine upstanding young man’s back. I guess if you ignore his Gang affiliation and his apparent habitual crimes you would believe he isn’t dangerous…

I grew up in The Big Apple (60s-early 80’s) and the pictures in the article tell you everything you need to know. Luckily for the rest of society, his gang affiliation will solve the problem for the rest of society when he gets capped in a drive by. Harsh, but probably true. As for his mother’s statement, yeah, you keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better. Pathetic

You cannot really make this up… At the same time, a 6 yo fashions a cookie in the shape of a gun and gets in trouble in school.
