Talking about WEAK Judges - No Jail time?

SO, “Fracasso’s judgment was impaired by alcohol”
SO "Fracasso and a man he was with became “very agitated and began swearing at the employee”
SO “Fracasso went to the pizza store about 7 p.m.” - “About 8:45 p.m., the employee who tried to help Fracasso went out the back door for a break and heard gunshots”. He left and came back almost 2 hours later.
For That He Get’s “Instead of assigning jail time, the judge ordered Fracasso to complete 100 hours of community service.”.

Yep that’ll show him.

It’s really, truly getting crazy, and it seems like there are no consequences for crime, even in states like Florida, where we aren’t overrun with bleeding heart lib DA’s and judges.

Here are two examples of how bold and brazen (and dangerous) the criminals are getting.

My wife works in a high end department store in a very good area of town. Two days ago, a co-worker in her area, who is a very slight, small young man, was in the mens restroom when he was sexually assaulted from behind. He yelled, the pervert ran out of the bathroom, and disappeared into the store. The assaulted employee found security and they were phoning police when the pervert walked directly by them both, looked them both in the face and boldly said, “what are you going to do about it?” and walked out of the store. The police came, took a report and a description, and we can be sure nothing will ever happen.

The thieves are so bold now they come right into the store with heavy cutters, cut the lock cables on the expensive hand bags, and just walk out the door with them. Employees can get descriptions and license numbers, but not even store security can do anything to stop them. Again, the police take reports after the fact.

That pervert assaulting people in the restroom is dangerous, and what’s to stop him from progressing to a full-on rapist, if he’s not already?

Stay very alert, and teach your family to do the same. Keep your skills up, and be the inspiration for your loved ones to learn to defend themselves, and carry the tools to do so.

Weak? Perhaps, corrupt or compromised.

Yeah nothing to worry about here. Society is completely safe with a guy walking the streets who shoots up pizza places because his order didn’t go through properly.

So no prison time for that but attach the wrong shapped piece of plastic to a firearm with a barrel that is 1mm shorter than an arbitrarily made up number and you face 10 years in prison:/

“WHERE’S HUNTER?”

“Fracasso’s attorney, Frank Berardi, said he didn’t think jail time would be valuable in this case because his client is the sole provider for his family and has a stable life”… ah…what? WTF?
Has a stable life?
They were drinking (and driving)
Fired into a store over an order dispute

whatever… We are DOOMED

But the question(s) that beg to be asked?
Did he get his Gun back?
he’s not (really) a Felon then right?
Can he buy more Guns then?

“The attorney said Fracasso may have the lowest “criminal level” he had ever seen — a negative 3 — referring to a score calculated by Adult Probation and Parole based on past criminal history. Berardi also pointed out that there were no reports of any injuries from the shooting”.

Oh Brother…
(So, he MISSED! and that means he is a low scorer for Violent tendencies… )

And he lives right down the street from MikeUno-sixx-four…!

The article said that he did plead guilty to a firearm related felony so hopefully he didn’t get his firearm back and had all his others taken away as well???

Hopefully he also won’t be allowed to legally purchase any more firearms in the future as well. But we all know that won’t stop him from illegally purchasing another firearm the next time he wants to “peacefully protest” a mistake on his order.

And that’s why criminals and even some initially non criminal just stupid people do criminal things, because there is no follow thru on crimes by the liberal judges and DA’s, and law breakers go free. Then the libs turn around and yell about gun violence that they let go on, and the only people they target with their idiot laws are law abiding citizens.

Isn’t alcohol owned by the State in UT?

Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services. If it’s over 4% alcohol you buy it at a State Liquor Store.

So even Bud Light isn’t watered down enough to buy at the gas station or grocery store in Utah?

In NV we can use Bud Lite as Blue Def.

The dems need real gun violence to claim that they are going to end gun violence by passing more common sense gun laws. The sad part is that liberals believe them and keep voting for them.

A year in Jail for shooting the guy 3 times? Another win for the BadGuys.

Not 3 months probation?

I guess if you shoot ‘AT’ someone it’s probation. If you actually shoot someone it’s a year in the clink.
