This is step one in their process of bypassing the constitution. It’s exactly what New Mexico tried. Declare an emergency, giving extraordinary power to the executive branch. Next we’ll see a series of executive orders to mitigate the “crisis.”
This is BS, and it’s another encroachment on our rights. The crisis is out of-control crime, ineffective DA’s, bad laws (I’m looking at you, NY), defunded police, understaffed police department (how many seasoned cops were run out of Northern cities for not getting shots?) and on and on.
Truth and reality mean nothing to these tyrants. It’s all lies to forward their agenda and appease the gullible masses that “they’re doing something.”
