100% agree, I’m not giving up my street to “That Guy”. If he wants to challenge a Pitbull that’s on him. If he attacks an armed woman he get’s his due.
My fear in that case would be, like where I live, IF he is challenging a substantial dog he may be mentally ill, meaning he has zero boundaries.
Call the police if you want, around here that get’s you nothing but blamed for putting yourself there. Be ready to defend yourself.

My take on getting the cops involved is limited to phone calls to the point that the point of annoyance, they’re forced to act on it.
