As long as their state Supreme Court says it’s constitutional in their state, I don’t have a problem with it. Virginia’s Supreme Court said the dem version of redistricting violated their states’ constitution. (SHOCKER!)

VA just screwed up procedural steps. That’s why the state Supreme shot it down. They will bring it back and im sure it will pass the test. Just not for this midterm.
Im glad that finally the Republicans are fighting back at this whole gerrymandering thing. Left has been doing it for a long time we just sat back, complained but did nothing about it.
The left days this decision is jim crow 2.0…aren’t we on 20.0 now?
