Though Dettlebach did not face quite the same pushback or uproar as Chipman, many people in the 2A space were rightfully concerned with his track record.
There is hope amongst 2A supporters that Dettlebach’s ability to run wild with any sort of gun control agenda will be hampered in light of the SCOTUS decision on WV v. EPA.
