I am OK with the decision if there is an accompanying “zero tolerance” and a way to test while carrying. In Minnesota, the blood alcohol limit is 0.04 (half of the legal limit to drive). I am a firm believer in ZERO. If I use my firearm in self defense and am in court, I don’t ever want to have to say, “I only had one drink.”

So now you are minding your own business out in your yard; again, you are baked or drunk, and teenagers start beating on you. Do you shoot?
Ok, this time you are at a neighbor’s house again, baked or drunk, and altercations take place. Threats are made; someone picks up a knife and not to carve the lemons or limes. Do you shoot? You did not go there to get baked or drunk; it just happened. You are 3 doors from home.

Laws can be so complex, quadruple double negatives. Gotta ask a lawyer. I really “IDK”. If someone’s ill, and it relives their pain, I can understand. I worry about its long term side effects for “rec” users. I see too many develop chronic vomiting from over use.
Don’t drink and drive, “don’t toke up and CCW carry a boom stick”. Nowadays it reeks like skunk spray anyways. I loved Mary Jane, we broke up, no longer the life of the party, but still dig the music.
