Some people are just slow learners, not the guy arrested 114 times, the prosecutors

“Prosecutors also noted in their charges that Weathers has 114 prior arrests with 53 convictions evincing an unwillingness to be compliant with the law.”

This guy got caught 114 times, got away with it in court 61 times and got convicted 53 times. So far the prosecution and the judges haven’t learned, this guy just might possibly re-offend.

There ought to be a Federal level law that the 3rd Felony conviction carries either life in prison or the death penalty. Would make a lot of folks stop and think about their future endeavors.
