Uscca is an organization dedicated to our right to be responsibly armed and the forum is just the opinions of the people on the forum.

The URL is a subdomain of the USCCA. Its content is shown on a USCCA members homepage. A Community link appears at the bottom of the USCCA pages. The USCCA logo appears at the top of the forum pages.
While membership to the USCCA is most likely not required, and accounts are definitely not linked by single sign on, I would say that the Community forum definitely has something to do with the USCCA.

Yes, and the magazine, Concealed Carry is USCCA and is separate from the forum.
Respectfully that doesn’t make much sense , In a roundabout way I see what you mean but it’s no doubt operated by them and monitored by them and you can be penalized by them so ……
