Slider crime - they slide into the car
Crack crime - they crack the side window with a tool to steal valuables from the passenger’s chair
Roof crime - they jump into your car through open sunroof
Tailgate crime - they sneak into your car through trunk door
Hood crime - they access your car through the engine hood
Exhaust crime - they …
… ok… I think it’s too much… 
Anyway… the names are just made for a certain actions… even I have also never heard about “slide crime”… it is nothing else than a robbery or carjack.
Be careful, lock the door all the time and never leave car unlocked. This way you don’t need to know the names and will keep your car in possession for a long time.

Love the prevention tips! What happened to shoot on sight? Locking my doors is a timely deterrent, shooting him/her/they/them when they enter my private conveyance is “prevention”. Or we can stick with the mantra of avoidance and become prisoners in our own homes! Gotta ask yourself one question, are you free?

This “news” is an advertisement for a mace-gel product. Not sure how real or prevalent the crime is. Take it with a big grain of salt.
Well, the way I look at it is that funeral homes need business too…
