Hi,

I’m looking for either of both of these. Can anyone suggest how best to find them?

Thanks in advance to all who respond!

Kevin

@Kevin180 ,
I’d suggest both.
SIRT is a great tool to practice almost everything… but you will still need to dry fire your Glock and laser cartridge makes the prictice way better.

You can use one of these:

> **[Amazon.com : 9mm Dry Fire Laser Training Cartridge by G-Sight with Built in Snap...](https://www.amazon.com/Quantum-Training-Cartridge-System-G-Sight/dp/B0B983ZS2Z)**
>
> The Quantum XG 9mm dry fire laser training cartridge combines unprecedented accuracy and simplicity backed by a full 1-Year warranty. G-Sight offers the only 9mm laser training cartridge with patent pending Shoot For Life technology giving you...

> **[Amazon.com : Pink Rhino - 9mm Laser Bullet - Dry Fire Trainer-Integrated Snap...](https://www.amazon.com/Pink-Rhino-Laser-Training-Cartridge/dp/B07K34W265)**
>
> The Pink Rhino Laser Training Cartridge provides instant laser activation when the trigger is pulled. Train with your pistol with any visible laser target system or simulation. Works with any 9mm pistol. Requires 3 LR626 alkaline batteries...

I personally prefer G-Sight Gen2 because it comes with spare o-rings and you can replace the “primer” part for a half of price.

I really like the SIRT pistols, but have never used the other laser trainers so I cannot speak to those. The USCCA does have eLearnings to go along with the SIRT pistols. That course will go over all different drills that you can do and how you can connect your at home dry fire training when you get to the range for live fire.

I use the Itarget pro laser, bullet looks the same as what Jerzy posted, but you get a target and use your cell phone to record hits. Makes John Wick practice less dangerous 🤣
There’s bullets in 9mm, .45acp and 5.56 available

I have a little over 1-year of experience with the G-Sight Laser Cartridge and use it with the companion app. It is a great tool to use to help with your trigger control, as well as draw to the first shot on target with the timer feature in the app. The SIRT is also a great tool to use, but I have less experience with it, at this point. The SIRT is definitely a more valuable tool when used with the eLearning that guides you through the training steps, in my opinion.

Thank you, everyone, for all the great tips/advice/suggestions. I will use them all. Now, if only I could get a new pair of eyes so that damn front sight doesn’t look so blurry but that’s been a life-long challenge. At this point, I’ll just have to deal with it! 😆

Start with finding your NATURAL AIMING POINT (also named: NATURAL POINTING AREA or NATURAL POINT OF AIM). Once you practice this, you won’t need to worry about blurry front sight. 👍
