So from GOAL … MA has decided to suspend the new training requirements, since it didnt fund them, AND suspended training of law enforcement for the new laws… BUT they are still aupposed to enforce them next month… ?? Really??

Think it has more to do with the fact they came up with a $hitload of new programs, and DIDNT FUND ANY OF THEM… which iv heard isnt actually legal… but idk for sure bout that

It’s almost like passing Obamacare so they could find out what is there.
Reminds me also of CA requiring registration of ARs—IIRC, but didn’t have the logistics to make it happen.
