I just talked to the library and when I asked, they said this “We DON’T appreciate that sort of thing posted on or boards. We feel it’s meant to frighten our community and soon we are going to try to inact a gun free zone.”
I replied this, "that’s up to the city, but know this. A responsibly armed Americans who values human life, as I do, is your first line of defense against someone who DOESN’T value human life. " That’s when they hung up.

I’m not terribly surprised either, unfortunately. Libraries aren’t always known for tolerance. 
somehow that just seems really really wrong to me. 
Location, location, location. I guess.
I visit the library frequently and I open carry. I’ve chatted with librarians and patrons both about multiple subjects. Frankly, no-one really cares. And yes, I do recognize how fortunate I am.
