Is there any truth to the claim I’ve seen online about expedited CCWs for Senior Citizens?
Does this apply in California?

Welcome to the community @Raul28! Probably not CA because that is the most restrictive, gun control state in the union. I have a lot of family in Ca and they all out out of state permits to carry when not in CA.

@Raul28 Welcome to the community! It would be nice if CCWs were expedited for Senior Citizens in California! Haven’t heard about this for Senior Citizens elsewhere.

A different kind of “expedited” something 
What we know:
Funston was convicted in 1999 on 16 counts for terrorizing the Sacramento area in the mid-1990s, specifically targeting children under seven years old.
Despite being sentenced to three life terms plus additional decades, he became eligible for release via the Elderly Parole Program.
