I feel his comments about revolting are revolting.
Or maybe he is trying to take a new stand on the EV issue and the limited battery capacity and feels they need to re-volt the batteries. (battery has no volts, so you re-volt the battery. I had an A&M electrical engineering student explain the whole process of re-volting a battery and why recharging will eventually kill the battery. I think he may have been on something.)
I also feel the Good Senators comments will come back to bite him in the butt, which he may definitely find revolting.
