Great article, wonderful topic. Unlike me, there are many of those here who could use a little self-evaluation plus help from a professional.
I go to an unattended 24hr indoor range that has just shy of a half-million cameras, every once in a while I’ll get “advice” via email from RSO’s, some pretty good. I have a good defensive pistol instructor there and go to most of their classes, but in the end if I’m on target, I’m on target and that’s that.
