Johnson’s Israel proposal runs into stiff Senate opposition | The Hill
Speaker Johnson proposes to offset $14.3 billion in aid to Israel with cuts to the IRS. But, “Nah,” say Republican Senators. “Let’s just print enough money to do border, Ukraine, Israel, and give Taiwan what they need, also, and boost investment in renewable energy. They are all interconnected, so we can bundle them together.”
And everybody gets re-elected.

All budgetary items should be voted on individually. So that we the constituency can see how our Representatives vote.
Israel aid
Ukraine aid
Palestinian aid
Taiwan aid.
Each one an individual vote.
