“Likes the wind in his face huh?” Awesome.

Sad to report on this end my Little Wanda kitty succumbed to FIV last week.
Don’t know how as we got her when she was just (2) hairs and some air in weight.
Never an outside kitty…? So Sad. R.I.P. my little girl. :sob:
Went to the local Pound today and we picked up two kids in her memory
Bruno (male—for me) and ‘Chunky’ (female for my Sister) Bruno: a Strapping (1) year old
Chunky must have been a treat eating favorite because she lives up to her name (but cute as heck) She’s been the Pounds longest resident (4) months. People coming in and out taking the kittens…we had to adopt these two. Sometimes you have to adopt the one’s that may not have a chance (Besides another Kitten I am NOT ready for so soon).

Pictures to follow toot sweet.
(and my New Anaconda!)

Don I am so sorry for your loss. It’s hard to lose our fur children as they are such great companions’. Bruno and Chunky and I am liking the names of those two very lucky new additions to your family.
Yes, adoption is the best. All of my dogs have been adopted. Ajax was adopted just prior to Christmas last year. I understand that everyone wants the pups or the kittens however, the older animals in the shelters are truly a gift.
No one wanted to adopt Ajax as he is huge and ten years old with a few tumors ( fatty tumors as we found out after adoption) Ajax was found guarding his owner that passed away three days prior.
Prior to Christmas, a last call to public to adopt Ajax went viral on social media.
I do not partake in social media however, the media picked up on the story and my husband and I rushed over to adopt Ajax.
It was love at first sight ! Ajax knew he was he was going home!
His owner prior named Ajax for the Greek Warrior God and after the man passed away, Ajax was surrendered back into the same anti cruelty that he was adopted out of nine years prior. Anti Cruelty even had Ajax’s baby picture on hand.
In the Newspapers my husband and I were called the beacon of hope for older animals. Ajax has been dubbed "Loyal Senior Dog " by the media.
Ajax’s to me is just my best buddy and I am grateful that he chose me to come home with…
Anaconda ??? What ? Send photos

Ajax is lucky to have you both
God Bless the big hearted human’s , we get back more than we give.

Anaconda is a beautiful bouncing baby .44 Colt Revolver (see Revolver Recommendations for her ‘baby pictures!) It seems my heart was OPEN today for all manner of things—Today happened to be things that go ‘BOOM!’ and things that go "Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr’
What the heck right a house without the pitter patter of little paws and a new Boom stick to defend it!

Mi dos Frijoles! Ole!

Well, the Isaksen house got turned upside down again this week with the
addition of (3) new Children!
Pets are like Food, Never go food shopping on an empty stomach, you come home with
a cart full! Instead of kittens we adopted older Cats. (well 2 older/1 kitten)
This is “Bruno” (a sweetie)

and this is “Chunky” (or Chunk-a-Bunk, or Missy (depending on my Sisters mood)

Chunk had been the shelters longest resident. Declawed and defenseless, and obviously
a lover of treats people passed her by…we didn’t
The Third Gato is a little Girl ‘Espurrrrrrrrr’. Traumatized by something she is in our ‘Recovery unit’ and after a little while acclimating to her new Freedom pic’s will be taken. A Grey Long hair Calico (only 8 months old) And somebody messed with her , tossed out a car window. Not right.
She is fine (getting there)

Full house once again
