One idea I offered Rock Island Armory for a “flagship” DA .41 Special revolver was a narrow, concave channel between the cylinder-stops, to eliminate cylinder “drag”, smooth out the action, and eliminate the ugly finish-wear that the cylinder-stop produces over time. I’ve seen this channel on a customized SA - the only production revolver coming close to this is machined into the COLT “Python” cylinder. FYI

I’v had no response - I tried to “sell” my proposal as an opportunity to develop standard range and self-defense ammo, and a revolver for the .41 as unique opportunities to develop, make and market EXCLUSIVE products to fill the .38-.44 niche, and finally complete my 30-year-plus “self-appointed” mission. Apparently, it’s been a complete waste of my time, along with my efforts to revive the “swing-lock” folding knife.
