Not sure how being a brain surgeon makes you an experienced banker? I remember watching the debates when Dr. Carson was running for President. Made me realize that brain surgery probably has a lot more to do with dexterity than actual brain power.
The bank is new, the reviews are mixed and the rates look pretty poor compared to other options out there. Looks like a lot of the other companies out there now that slap a patriotic name on their average to subpar products and then charge twice as much for them.

North Dakota, South Dakota – most sound banking practices in the country. We’re solid up here in the Northlands.
Get out of the big banks and the fly-by-night schemes. Go with you little credit unions, etc.
Dump BoA, Wells Fargo and the big commercial banks. Rip offs.
