Oklahoma Anti-Red-Flag Law Is Welcome News | USCCA

On Tuesday, Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt signed a number of new bills into state law — most notably, Senate Bill 1081. This important legislation is an anti-red-flag law, which will prevent Oklahoma cities and towns from enacting policies that would allow a court or other entity to restrict gun access to law-abiding citizens.

Red Flag laws violate the Constitution, deny Due Process, declare you guilty without a crime, deny you the right to face your accuser, deny you the right to cross examine witnesses or to present witnesses for your defense.

It is a slap in the face of all Americans, our founders, and the Constitution…

But, we the people allow it, we do not resist unconstitutional actions, and we the people vote for these leftists who work against the Constitution.

If they decide there must be permits to travel across town, far too many would simply comply.
If they decide there must be an ID card for your Religious Affiliation, a RELIGIOUS ID CARD… that all must have… far too many would comply…….

They decide a judge, without any mental health qualifications, and a neighbor or someone angry with you, can decide to declare you guilty without any crime, without any charges… and they deny your rights…

Is this the Republic many of us swore to defend.

Defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.
