Some lunatic walking around randomly shooting at innocent people. If that happened in Texas or Florida, a dozen motorists would have neutralized him in seconds. With the whole state of Massachusetts effectively being a GFZ, all people could do was cower and hide.
Don’t give up your guns, folks, and if you live in a GFZ, get out, or find a way to restore your rights. No one should ever have to cower and hide.

Now, let’s add more gun laws to the books only the law-abiding care to follow. 
Well, news is trickling out that, apparently, a Marine (retired) civilian, who apparently is one of the two or three citizens in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts licensed to carry, quickly took action and, together with a state trooper, neutralized the bad guy. All early news reports failed to mention the Marine, but a lady went public saying he saved her life and is a true hero.
Imagine that. A good guy with a gun stopped a bad guy with a gun. I thought that never really happened.
