I know that there are different interpretations of what an illegal gun is but I’m really having a hard time trying to figure that out!!
If you mean that someone possess a gun illegally then say that, but the gun itself is not illegal to possess.
What gives a politician the right to say that they’re going to support and uphold the Constitution but only pick out what they want to support and uphold the Constitution…
And if the numbers are truly accurate 20,500 guns are taken off the street I’m kind of curious who has those guns and if their not registered to the possessor does that make them illegally to possess cuz I think New York City you got to have a permit to carry a firearm…
I think in most states the interpretation is by what they are used for. I would also imagine that if a gun is designed to blow up in your face when you pull the trigger, it would be illegal.
