Never gets old having support.

1000 slow fire rounds.
1000 defensive shooting rounds.
1000 push-ups.
1000 meter swim.
Clean all guns.
… and 3 loads of laundry.

I have finally, after 2 years of constant almost deaths gotten my various medical conditions stable. So I am going to slowly pick up my physical therapy regime to reclaim my body and try to get back into shape.

I am only as old as I let myself be. I will not comply just cause some people think I should just accept that I am getting old and breaking down.
