But she missed her hair appointment, isn’t that justified? It’s not like she was defending herself, which would be an evil deed, and worthy of a life sentence.

She stated she threw bread at him. Her friends found him with catastrophic chemical burns. Yup, bread will do that :roll_eyes:

Disgusting. That is “justice”? WTH is wrong with that “judge”?

The judge must have missed a salon appointment also, traumatizing!

In just 2 years she will be eligible to buy a gun.

The judge understands that he cannot be removed from office as a practical matter. He’s unaccountable to the public so his rulings don’t have to be sensible.

This is some sort of gang thing, an artifact of life in cities. Three carloads of children arrive at a Shell station where they confront and start beating a man who is sitting on the sidewalk in the front of the station drinking something. They obviously know the man and begin beating him for some reason that the man and the children understand, but he was not picked out at random.

The beating ends about 2 minutes later when the victim – now pantless – retreats into the convenience store. 2 1/2 more minutes pass (no police response) when shots are exchanged by the children and someone out of camera range. Several people have guns and the gun battle goes on for another 2 minutes or so, ending when everyone piles into cars and races away. Still no police at present in spite of a beating and gun battle.

Another reason not to live in Cleveland.

Children? More like criminal apprentices.

Note children using extended mag on the handgun.
Also note, when bullets start flying, the child is not afraid and doesnt run away. I had to correct some of my assumptions about criminal behavior.

And if you fired a shot into this group, what are the odds that you hit anyone over the age of, say, 16? Not very good, I suspect. Killing children and children killing children are never things people should aspire to even when children are labeled “criminals”.

Please describe exact set of circumstances under which someone would - hypothetically - fire on the group. Presumably, that someone doesnt share same inner city gutter social group with the children.

That’s not my point. I was not suggesting that anyone fire into this group, only that the group of perps is a group of children – people 16 or so or younger.
