Why would anyone invest in a system that generated $15 Billion if only the winner took home $50 Million and everyone else went home emptied handed? I am not really not sure what the complaint is here when FIFA made over $14 Billion while the people who actually did the work made less than a Billion. I guess this is the capitalism mentality that somehow the winner is the only one who needs to be compensated and the loser should have to pay the winner.

It’s also a Major Child Trafficking hub… More Children are trafficked during this event than at any other time of the year. It will be exposed soon (after the Epstein, Russiagate, Stolen election, Killery(Bengasi) , Obama the Commie Puppet, Draining the swamp, SHEESH! Busy Summer!).

@Papa_Zed ,

Me thinks the ‘complaint’ here is that EVERYBODY (right down to the Water Boys) are getting substantial pay checks. For instance 'Group Stage? ’ ( 9 Million) what is that? It’s like rules saying 'You are not allowed to hit the fat kid eating the Twix in Dodge Ball… what is the point of competition if EVERYBODY gets a paycheck? Besides this 'Prize ’ money is bogus—these Teams /Countries make serious Bank in advertising, Sponsor’s, Tee shirts/Merch, FOOD! Network air time to the highest bidder. $50 million is peanuts to them.

I don’t think this is anything new. The NFL gives a payout to the losing Superbowl team. The NBA has a playoff pool.

As they should, why should a water boy not get a hefty compensation when doing work for an organization that raked in $14 Billion Dollars and let’s not forget that water boy had to pay the same US Tax Rate as everyone else who won money during the World Cup which is 30%. This will probably be the last US World Cup because FIFA and the US forgot to mention to the teams that they were going to have to hand over 30% of their winnings, Spain did not get $50 Million they got $35 Million after US Taxes.
