I read he’s been working on it since 2019. He took a sabbatical from MIT to work on it.

I definitely will keep my ear out for more information on this. I think it’s a great idea. I have a whole lot of questions on this but I will wait until he’s gotten further.

If he has complete control of his infrastructure, he should be able to do it.

I sure hope he succeeds. I keep wondering when we simple citizens will start having ISPs cut us off individually for our beliefs. That would be devistating.
