Sorry for the late and delayed response. I appreciate the deep information on the different cities in New Mexico. The three cities I have been seriously considering are in fact Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Rio Rancho.

Santa Fe is a bit odd. Probably comes from being the capital.

Albuquerque has some amazing museums, including the only natural history museum to open in North America during the 20th century. Frequently brought up as a example of police work, but Iā€™ve never really followed up on the stories to know if it was true.

When Iā€™m in Albuquerque, I frequently end up in Rio Rancho without realizing Iā€™ve left Albuquerque. Of course, I lived most of my life in Artesia, and Iā€™m not used to the crazy busy roads up there.
