Why?
Because in Minnesota, the “mental health issues” are all reliable DFL voters and because of that fact (and a couple others), for all intents and purposes, Minnesota has been under near One Party rule for over 12 years.
@Joel: You, of course, are absolutely correct. Expect Gov. Timmy and Party to go after legally licensed firearms…again, rather than deal with the root cause.
And I am still in mourning for the beloved state of my birth…but I’m not bitter…

They just want to get on with thier lives quietly. lol Or maybe they draw as much attention as possible to normalize their sickness. Surely shouldn’t have a firearm…or a knife…or a sharp toothpick. I’m cool with that. They want the attention.

Personally, I think President Trump is possibly trolling the Democrat politicians. Just think of some of the things they want. No guns, or at least extremely tough gun laws. Inside those gun laws, they want red flag laws. Even further, they support sex change operations even for children. They support the trans community far more than they support people like me. Me, I’m the straight white male that never hurt anyone unless they tried to physically hurt me.
Now, I don’t know how it feels to be trans but I read that the last mass shooter wanted to go back to being simply a male. He didn’t want to be trans anymore. Sounds like to him, it was his choice, and he could make it any time he wanted to. Kind of like Bruce Jenner, who said he wanted to be with women, but he also wanted to be a woman. I guess now he identifies as a lesbian but that is another conversation.
So, what do they do? Stop the trans people from having guns? Or support guns for the trans community. Do they try to make the firearms laws tougher for all or some? What about the red flag laws? Do they redefine mass shootings again to make the numbers higher since the trans community is racking up the bodies? What about all the so-called normal people? Is the Pres getting ready to lock them into a no-win situation? It is a possibility that would be fun to watch.

Im sure the meds trans folks get will screw you up. Who knows why he didnt just realize he’s a man and go back to that lifestyle.
As for trans ban, that is such a slippery slope. Start restricting groups and a future liberal admin can classify conservatives, Christians, etc as a threat and do the same.
I agree they are not right in the head but you cant restrict groups.

Yes they did but not using the 2A. They want us disarmed so it would be the first thing they would do.
Trans are screwed in the head but trump has to be smart on how its done so it can’t be used on us in the future. Unless your crazy…

the big issue with this is being able to ‘‘straw purchase’’ firearms
even if they cant legally purchase at the gun shop they can still get their hands on them

“Ayanna Pressley is a hypocrite who preaches socialism while pocketing millions,” Republican National Committee spokeswoman Kiersten Pels told The Post.

Agreed. There was a method to adjudication in place years ago but I regrettably admit that Ronald Reagan if memory serves correct ended institutional mental incarceration.
