Yeah, the Michigan House just put forward bipartisan ERPOs. The Governor has stepped up and said she can’t wait to sign them into law.

Why does no one seem to care that these blatantly violate the Constitution? And I’m not even looking at the 2nd Amendment with this, Due Process is guaranteed by the Constitution. How far down that slope are we willing to go?
