Someone once told me that they had to work eight hours and all I can think is, “Why am I a chef?” I have to prep for two hours then cook for eight hours then I have to clean the kitchen. I normally work 12 hours a day. I do have some days I have done 16 hours.
Then I remember the quote of Cowboy Roy, “Find a job you love to do and you will never have to work a day in your life!”

A couple of things come to mind.
