No that be good electrician, disposal should be own it’s own circuit, the lights own it’s own, then depending on the amount of outlets good practice to alternate circuits so you can plug in more then one appliance ( toaster , coffee maker, blender, deep fryer,and so on it will not overload - overheat a single circuit.
I understand that point, the fridge, stove and disposal are on separate circuits. However, if you saw the circuits in my home that I have mapped, it otherwise appears quite hap-hazard, and none are linear.
