How do you change your membership level

I believe it was very easy a few years ago when I upgraded to Elite. Have you checked your dashboard?

Yes, go to your dashboard, click on Join, scroll to the bottom and you will have 3 choices. I would recommend
calling. 1-800-674-9779.
