Will he systematically defund the nypd and release convicted felons into the community? Will he implement racist taxes against Whites? Will his administration create a slew of censorship laws a la the UK?
I’m about 2300 miles from this ____- hole, but it’s a concern. Islam is spreading fast. For now at least the followers of allah will congregate on the east. Where I live there is much talk among my neighbors of new communities of musllim migrants opening up in our state. So far, our laws have kept the influx at bay. If civil war ever comes to American soil again, this is the spark that will ignite the fire.

I did read an interesting comment this morning.
These blue wins yesterday should have been gigantic landslides. The surprise isn’t that these folks “won” but that there was plenty of red competition.

Interesting analysis. If the Republicans hold up mamdani as the face of his party, it could work in the mid-terms, assuming the shut-down is over by then and the economy straightens itself out. It’ll take longer than six months to see the real effect of a mamdani government. I’d keep an eye on the crime and the housing situation in nyc. If the numbers are bad, mamdani will be a single term mayor.
