I picked up a Taurus PT709 Slim a long time ago, thinking it may be a good gun for the wife to carry. But she doesn’t feel comfortable carrying when out of and about. And I had better EDC options for myself. So it mainly sat in the safe. But with the recent hot spells we have been having, I decided to get it back out and see how it would fit in my cargo shorts pocket. And I can’t even tell it it there. So it has become my daily EDC for the days when the weather is hot and the shorts are on. It’s actually an impressive little performer at the range also.

I have been carrying a Keltec P32 for years. The original Ruger LCP was cloned from it.

Yes I remember that it was the same shape and size as the original Ruger LCP.

Great thread! I said a while back on one of the threads that I thought pocket carry was easily the most comfortable and practical ways to conceal carry. I loved my little rubberish pocket holster I had and wasn’t comfortable enough with pointing a loaded gun at my Johnson. I’m much more comfortable with it now. I stopped because my gun just seemed too small to be accurate. Now that I’m looking back I’m thinking it was probably the gun that was the issue. I was new to all of this concealment stuff and was carrying a cheap G2c. I know now that those iron sights were off. Might revisit that option with my mc9
