It’s not actually enforced. I suspect it is posted purely for insurance purposes. Nobody has ever given me any grief. The only time I’ve seen it enforced was when someone was being reckless.

SCCY went bankrupt and closed its doors for a reason.
Besides the trigger, the rear sight isn’t pressed into the dovetail. Its just held on by a set screw, almost lost it a few times.
I dont sell my guns but if I did, I wouldnt sell the cp-1 just out of good consciousness. Id destroy it first.

Just welcomed a new member to the family. Been pining away for one since 2019 but never seemed to be able to afford one. I looked for a NIB LE model but couldn’t find one; guess I waited too long. I did find several NIB examples like this one but they were north of $700 - $800. Like all Walthers, this one fits the hand like a glove. Hoping to get a few more magazines for it and some range time in soon.

This I couldn’t pass up. Beretta PX4 Storm FS, with Greyguns internals. The trigger action on Single and Double is amazing, and when I was shopping around the store had 3 of them and I just happened to ask why this one was 5 dollar more. They had no idea why, so I asked to check it out. Sold immediately after trying the trigger compared to the stock triggers. Already added a Decocker as the safety is wide winged and sharp. And yes, added grip texture and a Surefire mounted compensator for fun. The comp is not really needed with the rotating barrel but… why not?

BTW… Adding compensator to PX4 is like adding suppressor to airsoft gun… but why not, it looks cool

And you’re not wrong. Shot it both with and without and it’s really just a comp for show. It provides minimal muzzle flip reduction, although it does have an effect. Still cool looking.
It’s not about the information about you… it’s about giving up SN of particular handgun model to the public.
We all know that changing SN of firearm is a serious federal crime… but nothing stops criminals from using this.
And remember - anything posted here is fully available to the public.
