We may already have the testing needed to be selective for the best path for the species. There are a lot of folks who don’t contribute to society at all and aren’t likely to spaun others who wouldn’t either. Still, most wouldn’t allow being selective. Sounds too much like Hitler or forced sterilization, I suspect.
